How are the candles personalised?
All images and text and incorporated within the wax, giving the candle a smooth satin like finish. Our candles are not finished with wraps, paper or stickers that will blister or peel, our special coating process will ensure your candle lasts a lifetime.
What is included on the actual candle?
Candles are personalised front and back. This includes child’s name, photo, date and venue on the front and wording of your choice on the back. This is all included in the one price and does not incur any additional fee.
How long does it take to make candles?
After the drafts have been approved by the buyer & payment has cleared the candles will be started & sent out normally within 48 – 72hrs business days (pending on our work load)
I need the candle set for this weekend will it make it?
Please call or message us to see if this is possible before buying your candle. We can express post at extra cots. Provided that all information has been sent via email & drafts have been approved.
Postage – Package
Every care is taken to ensure that you receive your personalised candle in the exact condition as I send it. Each candle is wrapped in cellophane, then bubble wrap and cardboard. We are not liable for any damage due to poor handling caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you intact. We offer free regular postage. If you would like express its an extra $10 dollars
Can you combine postage?
Yes combined postage is offered. We use Australia post & fastways couriers to insure that the candle will make it to you before the special event.
How do I pay for my candles?
Payment needs to be made within 3 days after being advised the total amount payable. We accept direct deposit & PayPal. If making payment via bank deposit, please use your surname or your child’s name as a reference when transferring funds and advise via email once payment has been made.
